Radoslaw Kucharski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration as well as Human Resource Management, earning a master’s degree. Since 2007, he has held a UEFA A coaching license. A year later, he began working as a coach for Legia Warsaw’s youth teams (U17 and U19). In May 2011, he took on the role of Director of Academy Recruitment at the club, and in May 2013, he joined the first-team staff as a scout. In the summer of 2015, he was appointed Director of Scouting. In January 2017, he accepted an offer from Manchester United to lead a team of scouts responsible for Eastern Europe. In September 2018, he was hired as Sporting Director of Legia Warsaw. Under his management, the club won two Polish championships, and 14 of its players were called up to various national teams. Since September 2021, he has been a member of the Technical Committee of the Polish Football Federation. In May 2022, he assumed the role of Technical Director at AEK FC. In the 2022/23 season, AEK Athens achieved outstanding results, winning both the Greek Championship and the Greek Cup.
