György Csepregi

György Csepregi was appointed sports director of Belgian second-division club Beerschot in September 2022, but had worked as a scout for the club before that. Young players are a very important part of his philosophy, and his current team also tries to give young talents as many chances as possible. As a player, he has played in Hungary and Belgium. He was the first Hungarian to be elected to the prestigious Association of Sporting Directors (ASD), a worldwide association of outstanding sporting directors from around the world.
