Cosmin Mihalescu
Cosmin Mihalescu is the Sporting Director of Dinamo Bucharest, bringing a wealth of experience in scouting, recruitment, and football management.
He studied football management in Denmark and gained hands-on experience through scouting courses and football-related internships with Premier League club Watford and Danish platform Tonsser. His journey began as a volunteer scout for UTA Arad in Romania three years ago before moving to Dinamo Bucharest as a volunteer scout two years ago. Within six months, he was promoted to Chief Scout, and after another six months, he became Head of Recruitment. In January 2025, he was appointed Sporting Director.
During his time as Head of Recruitment, Dinamo’s scouting department has expanded to a global scale. His strategic vision and expertise play a crucial role in shaping Dinamo Bucharest’s future.
