Academy Auditor (PGAAC) in the Premier League. PGAAC oversees a multi-disciplinary assessment of academies in the areas of leadership and management, coaching, performance support, duty of care, education, safeguarding and productivity. She has also worked on matchdays at Arsenal FC since 2011. She started as a steward, progressed to deputy/supervisor, became a security steward and recently qualified as a licensing and compliance officer. As part of her involvement with the club, she has had the opportunity to support UEFA Champions League and Europa League fixtures. She is a consultant with the FA where she is an Education & Welfare Officer supporting athletes who are part of the England Women & Girls talent pathway. She has experience in departmental management, program development, marketing and events, player appearance organization, bid writing and reporting, quality assurance, sustainability planning and safeguarding and other areas.
