Academy director at Ferencváros, Hungary's most popular football club. In the last nine years, Ferencváros' youth teams have produced no fewer than 105 players for the Hungarian first and second leagues. As a player, Norbert played 52 games in the Hungarian first division, while he was top scorer in the second division and played for Ferencváros, among others. After his playing career, he also worked as a scout for the Green-Whites.
