Gábor Kubatov

President, Ferencvárosi Torna Club

Since March 30, 2011, he has been president of the Ferencvárosi Torna Club, the most popular club in Hungary, as well as party chairman and vice president of FIDESZ. In 2011, Kubatov took over the FTC for the symbolic sum of one euro, but with a tax debt of 450 million forints, and since then the ailing Fradi has once again become a successful team with international recognition. Since 2011, FTC have won the Hungarian championship six times, the Hungarian Cup four times, the Hungarian League Cup twice and this season reached the main group one of the European Cup for the fifth time in a row.
