Andro Fistonic

Director of Development, NK Istra 1961

Appointed in 2022 as the Development Director of NK Istra, a Croatian top flight club, his responsibilities include assisting the Sports Director, coordinating youth player development and talent development. Prior to that, he also worked as sport director at NK Radomlje in Slovenia and was assistant sport director and deputy director of the youth academy at Hajduk Split in Croatia. As a coach, he gained experience in the youth teams of Cologne in Germany and Zaglebie Lubin in Poland.
